"How to Publish in International Journals in the Humanities"

This workshop will introduce to the main strategies for successful publication in international journals in the humanities. Subjects taken into consideration will include the peer review process, how to design a successful outline for your paper, and how to choose the journal to which you will submit your writing. The workshop will be held in English.

The workshop is free and open to graduate students as well to all fellows and members of the Universität zu Köln. It might be helpful, although it is not required, that participants come with a personal idea or project for a future publication in English.

About the Instructor:

Dr. Simone Natale is Postdoctoral Research Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at the Institut für Medienkultur und Theater, Universität zu Köln. His articles have been published or are forthcoming in several international journals, including Media History, Early Popular Visual Culture, the European Journal of American Culture, the Canadian Journal of Communication, and History of Photography.
